Hi my name is Diane. I’m an Executive Coach, Trainer, Mentor, Facilitator, Emotional Intelligence, FIRO Element B and PRINCE II practitioner.
The majority of my working life has been in the corporate environment in a high pressure commercial capacity. However I've also been presented with some fantastic opportunities to work in other sectors including Higher Education and the NHS which I loved. In recent years I've also worked alongside a number of charities both in my professional life as a coach-trainer but also in my private life in a fundraising capacity. It's been a REAL opportunity to give something back!
Over the last 3 years I have worked intensively with over 1,500 junior, middle and senior managers both in the UK and internationally.
My passion in my personal life as well as in my professional life is making a difference. I love being able to share insights I have gained with individuals and organisations who want to make changes; who want to achieve their personal best.
I see all experiences both at home and at work as opportunities for growth and am passionate about helping other people to see, appreciate and act upon those opportunities. You only have one life. If you are going to truly live ‘it' you need to do it now.
On a Sunday afternoon: I love being at the coast, feeling the wind blow through my hair and hearing the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. It's not a good look for the hair afterwards but it's great for the soul!
What do we need to transform our world? Fun, tolerance, enough resources to share around and for everyone to be willing to do so.
What is the craziest thing you've ever done? Oh my goodness. It was definitely kissing a reindeer In Lapland. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Yuck!
Personal Message: I believe that we are all capable of achieving our goals and aspirations in life whether it is at work, at home or in our relationships. I’ve been working with leadership for more than two decades, both as an executive in international groups like Radsisson SAS, Grundfos and Simpson Strong-Tie and also as a leadership trainer.
