Managing Director BCS Nordic. Training, coaching & consultancy

I’ve been working with leadership for more than two decades, both as an executive in international groups like Radsisson SAS, Grundfos and Simpson Strong-Tie and also as a leadership trainer. I have had the pleasure of leading quite large organisations and have always been trying to "move" myself and the people in these organisations to a new and "better place" - I am very passionate about leadership and it never ceases to amaze me how important it is to myself and the people around me.

I'm a passionate conference speaker and have delivered many conference talks around my two favourite topics - leadership and human high performance, which we develop via our work with EI.

At BCS Nordic I have the best job in the world, here I can train and specialise in the patterns that make it possible for us help human beings to deliver high performance results (therefore my great passion for EI).

My book "Leadership in sales" is about my passion - the patterns that makes high performers.

I have a Diploma in Management from the Academy of Leadership, an MBA in International Management and a Masters in Executive Negotiation.

Together with Steve Neale, I am co-founder of the International Master in high performance leadership.

Many of my dreams are now coming to real life: I skipped my "safe" executive life, and started my own business. I work daily in the company of my dreams (BCS Nordic) developing people and myself. I am a part of a team where I can grow and inpsire others.

When I am not working, thinking of business opportunities and EI - I spend my time with my two sons Mads and Emil, my wife Gitte, our dog Oskar and our summerhouse and riding my motor bike.
