Be careful what you say to yourself

I was buying some petrol and the lady next to me was having problems using her credit card...

She said to the assistant "Oh, I am so stupid" This type of comment will damage self esteem. Once the unconscious mind hears the word "stupid" it searches for all the evidence it can find to confirm this, reinforcing negative attitudes. Be careful what messages you send to your unconscious mind-it could just change your life!
